Having sorted out his US domicile status people outside the US finally get the change to catch this true underground star in discotheques around the globe. Looking like a mid 60's era Sonny Barger who chose to ride waves over bikes, Harvey has just finished a tour of Japan. Not sure when he lasted played the UK but .hope he returns soon. Hard to believe that the first time i saw was about 19 years ago in the legendary Zap Club
